At The Peptide Club, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Allergic Reactions & Individual Results

As individual skin types and sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee specific results from our products.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient list prior to purchase and conducting a patch test before first use.

Refunds or returns cannot be provided for reactions caused by known sensitivities or allergies to listed ingredients.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.
